Refund Policy — Micro Service

This Refund Policy covers digital products sold on mspointbd.com (such as the VPS Lockdown Kit). For one-time services and Care Plans, see the money-back terms in our Terms of Service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a digital product doesn't work on a system it lists as supported, or isn't what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No lengthy justification is needed — a short note on what went wrong helps us improve the product.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@mspointbd.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. Refunds are issued through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. When Refunds Aren't Available

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Repeated purchases and refunds of the same product, or evidence that the product files have been shared or redistributed.

4. Payment Processing

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax, and VAT. Your card statement may show Lemon Squeezy or a related descriptor rather than Micro Service.
