Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Micro Service ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit mspointbd.com or use our Services. We serve clients globally and aim to handle personal data responsibly regardless of where you're located.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact & request details — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, website URL, and message details you submit through our contact or request forms.
• Service access details — where needed to perform paid work, we may temporarily receive WordPress admin, hosting, or FTP/SFTP credentials. We use these only to deliver the Service you requested.
• Communications — records of emails, WhatsApp messages, or other correspondence you have with us about a Service.
• Purchase details — when you buy a digital product, payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We receive your name, email address, country, and order details so we can deliver the product and support you; we never receive your full card details.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking scripts on this site. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to quote requests and deliver the Services you order.
• To communicate with you about your order, appointment, or ongoing Care Plan.
• To improve our services and internal processes.
• To meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How We Share Information

We only share information with third parties where necessary to deliver a Service you've requested (for example, a hosting provider or plugin vendor you've asked us to work with), to comply with the law, or to protect our legal rights. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain contact and service records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve any disputes. Access credentials shared with us for a specific job are used only for that job and deleted or revoked once the work is complete, unless you've asked us to retain them for an ongoing Care Plan.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under GDPR if you're in the EU/UK, or under similar laws elsewhere). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mspointbd.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, including access credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to revoke temporary access once work is complete.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International Data

As a remote, globally-serving team, information you share with us may be accessed or processed from different locations. We take reasonable steps to protect your data wherever it is handled.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
