• Service access details — where needed to perform paid work, we may temporarily receive WordPress admin, hosting, or FTP/SFTP credentials. We use these only to deliver the Service you requested.
• Communications — records of emails, WhatsApp messages, or other correspondence you have with us about a Service.

Access credentials shared with us for a specific job are used only for that job and deleted or revoked once the work is complete, unless you've asked us to retain them for an ongoing Care Plan.
